PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
With over 40 years of professional experience, I have held positions in sales management, marketing management, export management, and general management within several companies, in various sectors: pharmaceutical, cosmetic, dental, publishing, courier and textile industry.
Since 2010, I work as an independent consultant and trainer, supporting companies in developing the skills of their sales and management teams.
In this capacity, I have also served as a part-time lecturer at a business school, participating in the training of 3rd year undergraduate students on topics such as sales, communication and entrepreneurship.
More recently, I was invited by a university faculty to design and deliver a training program on "self-marketing" to a group of about twenty master's graduates, in a professionalization logic and preparation for entering the job market.
My interventions focus on:
Operational and strategic marketing, sales and negotiation techniques, interpersonal communication, sales coaching, and transactional analysis applied to customer relations and management.
